The primary purpose of the role is to be accountable for the HIV area. As part of HIV Team, you will be able to lead the marketing efforts for our long-acting injectable HIV treatment and preventative therapy, being responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth of our innovative therapies. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong project management skills

Your Responsibilities:     

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for the long-acting injectable HIV treatment and preventative therapy.
  • Conduct market research to identify key trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and market access to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print materials, and events, to drive product awareness and adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing activities, performance, and market insights.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on HIV, infectious diseases, Vaccines, Biologic therapies preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
  • Disease Awareness processes experience
  • Advanced English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
